How Your Order Reaches You

Every product on this site is a digital download. Nothing physical gets posted, so there is no parcel to wait for.

Paid orders are handled automatically. Most wrap inside an hour, and the longest wait tops out at 24 hours.

When the order completes you get a confirmation email that carries your license key (when the product uses one), your download access and the installation instructions. That email doubles as your official receipt.

 

All Sales Close as Final

What we sell is software, and delivery happens the moment access lands in your hands. A key that has been delivered, opened or downloaded counts as redeemed, and redeemed software cannot come back to us.

Placing the order means you accept that rule and drop any refund or chargeback claim on a delivered purchase.

 

Look at the Status Page First

Every product shows its current state on the site, and reading it before you pay is your job. Buying while a product sits offline, in testing or waiting on an update is a risk you take on yourself, and it does not become refundable later.

If something does break down, we can sometimes offer a different product of equal or smaller value instead. That call stays with us.

 

Your Machine, Your Setup

Some antivirus tools block the loader until you switch them off or add an exclusion. The setup steps that arrive with your order explain exactly what to do, so follow them in order.

A broken or ancient Windows install sits outside what we can repair from here. When support says the honest fix is a clean Windows reinstall and you turn it down, the order stays non-refundable.

 

Game Patches and Beta Builds

Hytale receives patches, and during a patch or a maintenance window parts of a cheat can pause. The pause is temporary, and it is not a reason for money back.

Beta builds carry a clear label before you buy. Extra risk comes baked into them, so they are never refundable under any outcome. A beta key keeps working only while the developer keeps the beta alive, and it cannot be traded for a stable one.

 

Paying and Plan Time

Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay and FunPay.

Every payment turns final the moment it clears. Plans run for the full window you paid for, up front, and days left unused are not refunded. Opening or running the software counts as the order being fully delivered.

 

When Access Ends

Running out of plan time drops you back to the free tier.

We can also refuse service or close an account at any point, and no refund comes out of that. Anything stored under the account at that moment is your responsibility.

 

This Page Can Move

The policy above can change without warning. The date at the top always shows the current version, and staying on the site after a change means the new text is accepted.
